Services - On-Site Computer Service You will NOT BE CHARGED an additional on-site diagnostic fee when we visit your location and assess your needs. Our regular hourly rates include any such assessment. The minimum service fee is calculated as one hour of labor which includes the first hour of service, basic Windows® maintenance, and diagnostics. Many of our services are offered at a flat rate. For these services, we will quote you an exact price for the total cost of the job. We will provide this quote during the diagnostic period. Rather than trying to sell you additional services that you do not need, we will attempt to recommend cost-effective services that are applicable to our assessment of your needs. We know and place priority on our clients' real needs rather than our profits. Service rates vary from job to job. We apply different pricing to personal and business jobs as well as jobs in different locations. We also offer discounts and promotions for specific types of jobs. We will inform you if special pricing applies to your job or if our regular hourly rates apply. Our regular hourly rates are: A maximum of $75 / hour for home systems A maximum of $80 / hour for business systems The reason that we apply separate rates to business and home systems is that business systems are more likely to involve more complicated issues and hardware such as networking hardware, more specific software requirements, high-speed internet, firewalls, and virus protection. |
